Cascade Pedals Limited lifetime warranty

All Cascade Pedals come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. 

All pedals are covered for up to 5 years for the Original Owner. Warranty repairs after the 5 year period will be covered for a reduced bench fee. 

This warranty covers all manufacturing defects or issues caused by normal wear and tear. It does NOT cover issues related to bad/wrong power supplies, spills or drops, or other user created issues. For example, if a stomp switch breaks from heavy use, it is covered by warranty. If it breaks because you threw the pedal across the room while trying to learn a Van Halen solo, it is not. 

That said, all repairs not covered by warranty will be fixed, when possible, for a modest bench fee of $25 for the first two hours and $20 an hour after that. We cannot guarantee that we can fix every issue (depending on what happened, part availability, etc). In the rare instance that there is an issue that cannot be resolved, we can offer a discounted new pedal instead.

Due to the handmade and/or hand painted nature of Cascade Pedals, this warranty does not cover cosmetic damages or wear to the pedal finish, or damages to the pedals knobs.
